Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return it to us within 14 days of the item being received by you. Items received outside this timeframe will be accepted at the discretion of Seagreen. All returns or exchanges must be packaged securely and shipped via a prepaid, insured and traceable method in order to ensure a safe delivery. Items must be received in their original condition and with all the tags attached. Items that have been damaged, altered, worn, washed or dry cleaned by the customer will not be accepted and will be returned. Defective items must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery for exchange or credit note. Once we receive your item, we will process your credit note within 7 days. You will receive an email confirmation from Seagreen as soon as your return or exchange has been processed. Shipping charges are non-credit noteable. Please include your receipt with the item(s) you are returning/exchanging.
Products
Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. Please note that merchandise presented on the Misamu.com occasionally may no longer be available at the time of purchase and that the respective prices may have changed.
Shoes
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Lingerie and Swimwear
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
Faulty Goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Payment
We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euro, Sterling or US Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Laser and Delta.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
